Digital Products and Downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, I do not offer refunds once access has been granted or a download has begun. In line with UK consumer law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. However, by accessing or downloading any part of a digital product, you agree to waive this right. Please consider your purchase carefully. If you have questions, you're welcome to ask before purchasing.

Community Standards: If you participate in any Clarity Gained programs or communities, you agree to maintain respectful conduct. I reserve the right to remove participants at my discretion for behaviour that disrupts the experience for others, including me.
